The UFC’s Embedded series continues to deliver in the lead up to UFC 207, and the second episode gives us a glimpse of what Christmas was like for some of the parties involved.
We begin with bantamweight king Dominick Cruz enjoying some marvelous-looking sushi with friends and teammates, while Cody Garbrandt has a cozy traditional Christmas dinner hosted by Urijah Faber at his house.
From there, we have women’s bantamweight champ Amanda Nunes already in Vegas working on laundry duty with significant other Nina Ansaroff. Back in Chula Vista, Dominick Cruz continues to work on his weight management during the holiday and faces the sorrow of receiving food from his Mexican neighbors but not being able to eat any of it.
Moving on to Vegas, Cody Garbrandt and his girlfriend end up doing some ice skating and eating s’mores. After that, former champion Ronda Rousey receives a gift from an unexpected source. She gets prepped for promotional materials and makes sure fans know that this event will absolutely NOT be on Saturday.
UFC 207 takes place this Friday, December 30th live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Online prelims begin at 7:30pm with one bout featured on Fight Pass, followed by televised prelims on FS1. PPV begins at the usual time, 10:00pm.
